Individual therapy gives you a place to explore your relationship with yourself in a non-judgmental, neutral environment. Together we will look at what is blocking you from getting what you want and deserve out of life. Whether you are looking to decrease anxiety and stress, heal from trauma, improve your connections or increase self-esteem, we will work together to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself (which will also reflect in your relationship with others). It's time to love yourself MORE and do what is necessary for your own happiness.
