Family Therapy

We don’t choose our families and NO FAMILY IS PERFECT (no matter how the pictures look on social media). The relationship with our family members are sometimes the deepest and most important relationships that we have. The goal of family therapy is to help family members improve communication, solve problems, and address special family situations in order to strengthen the relationship dynamics between all members. We will help your family identify how specific behaviors affect one another and teach you new ways of relating to each other in order to create a better functioning home environment. Some common issues addressed in family therapy include: parent-child conflict; divorce; death; blending families; sibling conflict; addiction; legal concerns; and adjusting to new family members. If there is brokenness somewhere in your family, let us help you improve the relationship with the most important people in your world.
